The external microfibre polyester fabric is applied to the insert using Giordana’s unique OmniFormTM technology, a special high-frequency modelling process that softens the pad without having to use the more traditional high-temperature modelling techniques. In fact, each insert is elastic and contours body movements when riding while it returns to its original shape when not used. 3D-O.F.

The 3D-O.F. pad is a one piece, seamless insert that is both lightweight and flexible. Made of polyester microfibre, it is designed to better adapt to the contours of the male anatomy, perfectly adhering to the body while permitting natural movement. The 3D-O.F. is moulded with Giordana's high-frequency OmniFormTM technology that eliminates the sharp edges and hard areas caused by the high temperature used in normal modelling processes. It is constructed with differentiated thickness to provide more protection where needed while guaranteeing softness and comfort. W3D-O.F.

W3D-O.F. is the pad designed for women. The pad is a result of a study focused on female body movements when pedalling while taking into account a woman's different protection needs. The W3D-O.F. is also modelled using Giordana' high-frequency OmniFormTM processing technique to obtain a soft and extremely flexible product. The pad is a single, seamless component with differentiated thickness to better contour the body and allow full freedom of movement. Giordana research has led to the creation of this extremely lightweight and flexible pad, thus improving the cyclist's comfort. Stratus-O.F.

The Stratus-O.F. pad is the result of ongoing research conducted by Giordana with professional cyclists to obtain a product that delivers excellent performance in all conditions. The Stratus-O.F. is made from 4 anatomic panels with differentiated thickness and assembled with flat stitching to perfectly contour the male body. DuPont CoolMax material is used to construct the side and front panels allowing perspiration to escape, leaving the cyclist's skin dry to ensure comfort. The special high-frequency OmniFormTM modelling technology gives the Stratus-O.F. a softness that was not previously obtainable with high-temperature processing.
