AirGel

This chamois is constructed with gel injections between two molded foams of varying thickness. It is covered in Crabyon, an antibacterial fabric, completely biodegradable and allergy tested. It wicks moisture, and reduces the spread of bacteria. It also speeds the healing process and helps tissue' regeneration. It has a 4-way stretch, is durable, abrasion resistant and washable. the gel injection technology keeps firmly in place without compacting for increased comfort. Perforations in the gel injections make this chamois breathable.

Ergo®-MC

Outer fabric : 100% micropolyester. Foam thickness : 8 mm. Foam density : HAP40. This micro-chamois is made of hypo-allergenic and anti-bacterial micropolyester. It is lined with a seamless monopiece for much better fit due to its anatomical shape. Its multi-hole perforation and seamless properties prevent rashes that result from rubbing and allow for the skin to breathe, and for moisture and heat to be diffused away from the body.

PATENTED Ergo®-MMC

Outer fabric : 100% micropolyester. Foam density: HAP20. The Ergo-MMC is a molded and laminated microfibre chamois. The embossed central area of the chamois is 50% thinner than the rest to reduce pressure on the perineum and numbness caused by the cyclist's position on the saddle. It can therefore contribute to prevent certain physiological discomforts. It is hypo-allergenic, hydrophobic and antibacterial.
The woman's version is carefully designed to fit her body It has a thinner and softer finish in the central area and embossed flex channels on each side to better contour her anatomy and eliminate chafing.

 

Ergo®-G

Outer fabric : 100% micropolyester, printed. Foam density : HAP50. The Ergo-G Improved is a worldwide innovation! It is a molded and laminated chamois. Its multi-directional stretch offers better comfort. Its main characteristic reside in its three levels of varying thickness where the cyclist needs it the most. This would have been impossible to do a few year ago on a monocoque, seamless chamois. For example, it is 8 mm thick on the seat, 6 mm between the legs to reduce pressure on the perineum and only 3 mm on the side to fit the body's shape perfectly and reduce irritation caused by the cyclist's position on the saddle.
