Return & Exchange Policy
Returns happen. We understand that buying mail-order can be filled with uncertainty.
Thats why Steep Planet provides you with a No-Hassle 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you find that you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, click on returns@steepplanet.com. We
will set up a return, and you are entitled to a full refund
of the original purchase price of the returned items minus our $7.00 shipping/restocking fee. All returns must be physically returned/exchanged to Steep Planet within 30 days of your order. Please keep the product in its original unused
condition, unworn, in original bag with tags attached. We will not take back any item if it has been worn, the tags removed or without the RMA number. returns@steepplanet.com
Please note: All Clearance and Sale items are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee. This fee covers the original shipping from Steep Planet, restocking and relisting of the item(s). We will not accept returns on Sunglasses, Goggles, Swimwear, Food products, or *Special Ordered items. All cancelled orders are subject to a 3% Cancellation Fee.
Special Ordered items are denoted by an (*) Asterisk in the drop down product option, are ordered from the Manufacturer, shipping time is typically 5 to 7 working days. These items are non-returnable. See Special Orders.
In order to properly process and expedite your return, please
follow these instructions:
1. E-mail (returns@steepplanet.com) our Customer Service Department
for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please do not ship prior to receiving the RMA. Let us know
the Steep Planet Order Number and reason for return. Please indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange. We will contact you via phone for availability of your exchange. You
will find your order number on your invoice/receipt copy.
2. Steep Planet will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization). Please write this number on the outside
of the package so we can correctly process it in the Return
Department.
3. Re-pack your return in a sturdy shipping carton using
indestructible packing tape. Please pack it in the original
manufacturers packaging with all included the instructions,
tags (attached), etc. All returns need to include original packaging
and all related hardware. Please return only items that
have not been washed or worn, other than trying on to determine
size. For Cycle Wear-please wear underwear when trying for size. Please do not ship the item in the original retail
box(alone) as they were not designed for the stresses of shipping.
4. After Steps 1,2,3 are complete,

5. Make sure to keep a record of the returning shipment.
Steep Planet cannot be responsible for the returned items
until we have signed for the packages.
6. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Steep
Planet also cannot be held responsible for any items lost
or damaged in shipping. You will be charged original shipping fee if your return brings the total of original sale transaction below the $50.00 Free Ship promotion.
7. Please allow the usual banking time for refunds to appear
on your credit card statement. Often this can be one month.
Steep Planet does not accept CODs on returns.
8. If you paid by Credit Card, credit will be applied to
the card used to place the original order. Please check
the date on the credit card originally used. If the card
is expired, the credit will not process.
9. If you paid by check or money order, please allow 2 weeks
after the return is processed to receive your refund check.
10. If you are sizing shoes or clothing to see if it fits, please dont
wear, use, "demo" or "try" on a ride or take outside your house. Try them on in the comfort of your home, with a clean sock or brief.
Please dont bolt cleats on the shoes if you are thinking
of returning. Shoes or Clothing that have been worn, washed or missing hang tags
shall not be returned to Steep Planet.
